All sales are final 

At Sondera, all sales are final. Once your order has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item.

Defective or wrong item

If you have received the wrong item and want to have it refunded or exchanged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@onlysondera.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 12 hours of delivery at info@onlysondera.com with a description and photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, send you a replacement item subject to availability.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank.
