Thank you for shopping at Sondera! Our team is committed to getting your order to you efficiently and effectively. The information below contains everything that you need to know regarding our shipping process.

Once we receive your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for payment processing. Once you payment has been processed, a shipping label will be created and your order will be shipped to you.

All orders are shipped through third party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. Orders placed in Canada will take 2 to 8 business days to be delivered, orders placed in the United States will take 4 to 12 business days to be delivered, and orders placed in the United Kingdom will take 6 to 60 days to be delivered.

If you select our Pick Up in Brampton shipping option, it is your responsibility to email us at info@onlysondera.com to determine your pick up location.
